Located at 5315 Jacksboro Hwy, this authentic Vietnamese restaurant has quickly gathered a loyal following and for good reason. With a commitment to quality, freshness, and traditional flavors, Lieu's has become synonymous with satisfying Vietnamese cuisine in the DFW area.

As you step inside, the first thing you'll notice is the pristine kitchen—immaculate and meticulously maintained. The aroma of freshly prepared meals envelops you, whetting your appetite for the culinary delights that await. And believe me, the food does not disappoint.

At Lieu's, Pho takes center stage, boasting a variety of options that cater to both beef lovers and those preferring chicken. For those craving something a bit different, the Pho Bo Vien, complete with tender meatballs, is a must-try. Customers rave about the depth of flavor and freshness—a hallmark of authentic Vietnamese fare.

Diving deeper into the menu, the Hu Tieu options are equally compelling. The Hu Tieu Nam Vang, adorned with sliced pork and shrimp in a delicate rice noodle soup, is a standout. And don't overlook the cozy porridge selections like the Chao Tom Thit, a shrimp and meat porridge that's both comforting and fulfilling.

Moreover, the integrity of the ingredients shines through in every dish. Customers have been known to remark on the freshness of the garnishes—yes, even the carrots—adding an extra layer of quality to the dining experience. Best authentic Vietnamese in Fort Worth or DFW for that matter! The first thing you notice as you enter is the kitchen on the right and it is IMMACULATE. It’s spotless and clean and tidy. But the food is amazing, absolutely amazing. We get take out here every week and it’s always perfect. There’s never a bad day. The egg rolls are just like they have in Vietnam. Same with the pho soups, the pork chops. Everything. Try the flat rice noodles with either a meat or tofu. Fried rice is fabulous. Any of the phos are good. Don’t miss an opportunity for a delicious, authentic, well priced meal!

We were on our way to another restaurant for lunch when we saw Lieu's on 199 and changed our mind. Glad we did! We found some amazing authentic Vietnamese food. The server was very quick and seemed to be operating the entire restaurant by himself, which made the experience unique. We opted to try both the crispy egg rolls and the spring rolls, both were top notch. I like that they serve the egg rolls with the lettuce pieces to make a wrap and dip with the sauce! Soooo good!!! Also tried a bowl of Pho with the variety beef, came with brisket and meatballs. Very flavorful and hot! Very similar to the Haltom City pho, if you've been over there. Restaurant has seen better days and needs some TLC, but the food and service are top notch! I'd highly recommend this place for some FIRE Vietnamese food. Can't wait to go back.

FRESH! FRESH! FRESH! Even the carrot garnish was freshly grated and moist. Had jasmine tea, egg roll and spring rolls, chicken and vegetable stir fry and beef pho (eye of round brisket). The sauce and amount of vegetables on the stir fry exceed anything I’ve ever eaten. My fav Asian place.

Date with my boyfriend here! We went about 7-8 on a Monday and they weren't too busy. Wait staff was very attentive, especially for there being only one man with 4 tables. The shrimp and pork spring rolls with peanut sauce were crisp and presented well. Love how flavorful the peanut sauce is in combination. We had the round steak and flank steak pho -- broth was delicious and ingredients were fresh. My boyfriend says this is his favorite place now for green tea and my smoothie was so so good :) thank you Lieu's staff for a fun night!

Lieu's Vietnamese Restaurant was delicious. We had 54, which is broken rice and grilled pork and 55, which is broken rice and a grilled pork chop. Both were very good, as well as the spring roll served with a peanut sauce. This is a small family owned restaurant. The staff was very nice and the atmosphere was very calm.

We love Lieu’s! This is a gem in far west FTW. Fresh and authentic Viet dishes and really friendly owner and staff. Interior is simple and casual. On our last visit we had the beef soup and vermicelli with pork and shrimp. Flavors were perfectly balanced and meat was cooked appropriately for each dish. While others have complained about portions and pricing we didn’t have any issues. Lieu explained to us that their portions are carefully measured with every dish so they’re consistent each time. They used to be BYOB but since people abused it by bringing soda (who does that!?) they’ve had to change this policy. However, if you ask nice they’ll still allow BYO beer or wine.
